I'm not very good with introductions so...

Hello there! I'm John E.K. or "ThePriest909" as known back in Tes4 modding days. I'm a 31 years old retired "TES4" and "Source engine" modder ( these days I do game dev as a profession ) and I'm out looking for some random and friendly chatting about gaming in general.
@Maigrets - my partner in crime back in the TES4 day - told me about this quiet place and well...
Hello everyone! Happy to be here and I just want to say that, after sneaking around your posts for a bit, you look like very cool people already! Smile

    Welcome, welcome!   flower

Yes, it all started with a companion called Sonia for Oblivion.  Those were the days.

I well remember helping playtest and play Gates to Aesgaard. It all seems so long ago.

I sound very English - I used to do voice overs on the BBC World Service when I worked there as an Administrative Secretary in the Engineering Department back in the 1970's and 1980's Very Happy

So you were one of those very sophisticated and soothing voices on the radio way back then? Smile

Occasionally, late at night (many years ago) I used to tune in to radio stations from around the world and the BBC was one.

Wow!!! Voice-overs for BBC! That's some impressive job @Ailsa! To do that for BBC it would take some cool voice. @Marg let's keep an eye on her in case we'll need extra voice overs Very Happy

Just to avoid any misunderstandings, @Maigrets is helping my team with our current game project. Thus I mentioned keeping an eye on you @Ailsa:)
